Chris has years of experience as an independent consultant working for cultural organisations. Consultancy and research projects included the publication of a major report for the UK Film Council into low and micro-budget feature film in the UK and a ground-breaking study for the BFI how film contributes to the culture of the UK. Other clients include Arts Council England and BAFTA.
