THE GAME IS ON!

Welcome to the 48 hour film challenge. We wish you all the best of luck this weekend. On this page you will find your prompts and you will also be able to read the rules again.

Please read everything!

THE PROMPTS

Here are your three prompts!

  • The location: an independent bookshop - a real bookshop may be used e.g. BOOK* in Leighton Buzzard, but you can also use your imagination. When using a real shop, always ask permission and be respectful.)

  • The object: a stapler

  • The line of script: "So you did wear a wig, Dr Swift.
    I've often wondered."

These prompts will help build your story. Each prompt must be featured in your film. All submitted films will be screened on the Sunday of the event weekend. Bring your friends and family and enjoy watching the results of a weekend of filmmaking! Only films that meet all the requirements (see rules below) will be considered for an award.

The challenge begins at 4 p.m. on the Friday of the event weekend, with a deadline of 4 p.m. on Sunday.

*BOOK has been made aware of their mention in this challenge and is happy to participate, but again, always be respectful of the shop, the shop owner and the customers.
